Yeah looks like heat lumps, I get them on my chest at times

Heat lumps I think as well. Lovely things! I've had loads of them over the past week or so, especially around the chest area and I did read before mine started coming up that pregnant women, especially during the second and third trimester are even more prone to heat lumps than the general population even when it's not that hot because of the central heating system we have going on in our bodies right now. Argh! x
