what do you see

I am currently 8 weeks pregnant, but we had our ultra sound at 6 weeks. Now at first I did not see the shadow. but My symtpons are worse then ever ,and boob size has doubled. I was looking at the ultrasound and noticed a shadow next to baby! what od you guys think?
