What did you get for valentines day?

We agreed we we're only doing a small gift and card, but I got a massive bouquet of flowers, fave chocs, perfume and he booked a week holiday to Portugal and we go tomorrow . Makes my card and DVD look bad! Ah well

My DH got me the weirdest card (I can't post a pic as it has my full name on it)

It has a great big pic of me on it in a heart and it says I love you Tracey on it

Also a mini box of chocolates that I scoffed in 10 seconds

Its the first time he's done anything in the 7 years we have been together, so I hadn't bothered. I ended up giving him a blank birthday card that said "Just for you" on the front that I had in my "emergency card" pile

I "cooked" him a lovely dinner last night - Bruschetta to start (cheese and tomato on ciabatta - not really gordon ramsay stuff), Spaghetti & Meatballs (bought the meatballs and the sauce ) and a cream cake for dessert (shop bought too!). Then we watched a film (first one we have watched together in 5 months) and that was it.

probably the best valentines we have ever had!

I got a card and Have I the Right? by the Honeycombs on vinyl. I am possibly the only woman in the world to find the gift of a single for the reason it was one of Joe Meek's finest, production wise, romantic.

We only give cards at valentines day usually, but as I'm away for a week with my mum, I got him a beautiful box and filled it with his favourite chocolates ( he's got a very sweet tooth) and hid it with his card. I just thought he would forget as we were apart, but he had hidden my card in a monopoly box when he brought me down to the holiday cottage to be with my mum. Bless! It was a forever friends card with happy valentines day mummy on it. My dh is so romantic and thoughtful, I'm so looking forward to seeing him when he picks me up on Sunday!

I got 2 cards, one off my OH and my bump bought me one! I but it was the cutest thing. He's amazing my bump is, he got me a Birthday card, a Christmas card and now a Valentines card x

I got a card, quite shocked he didnt buy me a present BUT he has just gone back to work after a knee operation so hes not had much chance. I bought him a card and a bottle of Jean Paul Gautier "Le Male"

Well me and OH aren't getting on at the moment so this year he decides for the first time in 10 years to do valentines (clearly trying to make up) but it kinda pissed me off more, why not do it all the time rather than a one off to butter me up! I know that sounds ungrateful but he's been an arsehole lately! Sorry for the rant lol.

Anyway he got me posh chocolates, posh jelly beans and a single pink rose! X

I got an Ice watch i pointed out to him, some chocolates, flowers and low alcohol bubbly wine and we are booking a holiday in skeggness (how exotic) he also wrote me a letter which made me cry as he isnt very open with his feelings xx
