My present to my OH was a bit unconventional. He always talks about me 'just' getting up an giving him a BJ. so with me being skint i did just that, And he LOVED IT. Both exchanged cards and he got me some belgian chocolates

:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

Not really a fair exchange

He made cakes (that I really shouldnt eat hehee) and said he is making cookies later (with a heart shaped cutter) and a card! :D
I got him a card and a giant cup hahaha oh and some naughty snap cards!! ;)

We dont do this big expense thing! Its not something to important! I would much prefer just a card or like he has done a homemade cake or something :D

We're having a take away curry tonight once Isaac is in bed

:talkhand: still nothing. I'm looking for the blunt rusty scissors as we speak....

We usually just get cards but this year we both agreed not to even do that! They only say what we say to eachother every day anyway :D

He did book me an appointment to get my hair done and he will more than likely cook for me tonight but he does that every night  and he would have booked my haircut if it was Valentine's Day or not

nothing cause "he dont believe in valentines day" which I think is just a big fat cop out. This is the one year that I would of liked to have felt loved ya know... ahhh well no need to moan about it, cant change it now!!! :talkhand:

I got nothing but then I'm single so didn't expect anything!

I got a bit excited when DD came into the bedroom and said 'mum, look at this valentines card.....I made it for the twins....'

I thought she'd made ME one but No, she loves the twins more.... She's only 8 but they are her 'boyfriends'

She did bring me a cup of tea in bed but she does that every saturday though!

nothing!
we dont usually do valentines day as its too comercialised and always feels like your saying/doing stuff cos its expected.I was secretly hoping for a little something this year but wasnt surprised.mind you he left the house at 5-30 this morning to go to work and isnt back yet so shouldnt moan.

i have made his fave for tea though, homemade meatballs and fresh spaghetti. :D

I got nothing. And I also cried lastnight on my good friend whilst my best friend sat staring at me with her eyebrows raised. Lovely.. :wall:

I feel like texting and giving her a piece of my mind, but I'm not.

Will get a curry later and a bottle of wine and maybe watch the Notebook. Have a lovely day (and night ;)) girls
