I've just had tofu and vegetable stirfry (mountains of veg) with some steamed rice. I've tried to con myself that such a saintly and wholesome dinner cancels out the chocolate biscuits I devoured earlier but alas, I remain unconvinced

I went out for an Indian at lunchtime (had garlic mushrooms, goan chicken - yum!, naan, rice, and shared 4 side dishes with my colleagues, so I'm still full!
