What are these spots?

Aimee has some big huge spots on her face and I haven't a clue what they are. She had a couple on Tuesday then yesterday she woke up with about 15 of them and they are really big and look sore. They are still there today but haven't got any worse. She doesn't seem ill in anyway and I know they are not chicken pox cos she had them last year plus they are only on her face. Any one know what these could be?

Could it be impetigo? Sorry it might not be, but only thing that came to mind, I hope she's feeling ok, very best wishes

They are almost gone now. I still don't know what they are The only thing I'd say they looked like was teenage spots, you know with a head on. Weird!
