Spots on face and neck

Sam's covered in spots but only on his face and neck...if it was chicken pox would they be everywhere? He seems fine but they've just appeared overnight. Just little raised red bumps at the moment

Hmmmm.....not sure. I think that chicken pox normally starts on the torso tho rather than the face. might be worth googling some ics of chicken pox to see if it looks like them? Hope he's ok
