Waiting to be induced !!

Hope your well! I'm sat in a bed waiting to be Induced...

Came in at 5.10pm last night due to reduce in fetal movement. Wasnt seen physically until 10.10pm .

A student midwife who was lovely monitored me.. She was great had the support from
Senior midwife so I wasn't too fussed.

The first ctg showed that baby's heart beat was fluctuating up and Down.

They decided to keep me in and monitored
Me again at 2am and 6am!

2.30 registrar gave me a s&s! Cervix is very far back ! Not ready!

Heart beat normal , normal movements detected, however I wasn't feeling movements.

3am oh goes home I go to sleep! He has had root canal surgery this morning. So I have sent him home to sleep .. As he's no good to me in pain and tired lol. He will come bk when they
Move me to labour ward!

Mum will stay with me for induction and will be with us in labour.

7.30am today, consultant decides he wants to keep me in and induce me, as
Baby is not happy inside.

This my friends is why to chose not to write a birth
Plan! I would have been distraught about now!

I'll keep u girls posted we should have a baby I'm next 48 hours I'd imagine!!!! Xxxx

Just got a text and shes being monitored on the ctg and when its done they will give her her first pessary!! She has asked me to update for her as her tapatalk isnt working..
