Hi ladies

I know many of us have PCOS so I thought I would share this great webpage that I stumbled upon. It lists different treatments (including things like exercise), gives a star rating for each and explanations of how they work. I have used some of them but certainly lets me know what I should be prioritising.

It has made me determined to go to the gym more, feel more positive about metformin and go back on the chromium (which really made a difference) xxx
