I was chatting with a friend about feeling a bit 'icky' today and she suggested a natural remedy for a mild upset stomach.

Basically it's just steeping dried bay leaves in boiling water for 10mins (so a herbal tea really).

BUT - some websites say bay leaves are OK to have when preggers, others say not.

Is it worth a try?

#Note - I've still been using bayleaves when cooking up a pot of spag bol - is this ok too?

Spicing your food with herbs is A LOT more mild than making a tea with them.
If I were you, I wouldn't do it. I wouldn't want to take the risk.
