Lol I need to trim the old lady garden but have had thrush I have used the pessary and cream and altho it is better it is still a little itchy around my foof is it ok to shave (my lady garden trimming of choice) or shall I leave it a bit longer?

not sure but when i shave i get a bit itchy so id prob leave it til thrush has cleared

lol that thread made me smile! i tried shaving the other week...while i can still see and i got such a rash - i never normally shave but wax - so am leaving it now to come back and off to the salon so they can work their magic...best not leave it til near the due date or the pain may send me into labour lol!!

Tee hee made I larf. I already can't see anything so hacked away hoping for the best the other day - stood in front of the mirror afterwards and actually had to laugh out loud, what a mess!!!!! I know a lot of people get their OH's to help towards the end but I just don't know if I can face that................

He said he will do my legs but not foof lol grrr I got a mirror so may see how I get on lol as long as it doesn't upset he thrush as I am going to thetheatre tonight lol imagine me squirming in my seat cos my foof is itchy lol

This has put a smile on my face .

If you are still remotely itchy after your thrush then I would wait until it is gone before you have a trim as it might set it all off again.

Personally I wax as I like to remove everything and I am very lucky that my SIL is a beautician and can do it for me at her house where I can cry like a baby and she just laughs!! She does women days from the due date at the salon she works at so I know I can make sure it is in good conditition for d-day!

Ha ha ha what are we like - the things we worry about!!!!! I used to wax but got sick of having to wait for it to get to a certain length before getting rid - at least with shaving it can be pretty much hair free all the time (well the bits I manage to get to anyway - tee hee).

I can't see it and really struggling! Will have to try the whole in front of mirror thing! I'd wait til itching stops mrs mc! Just so it doesn't start it off again! X

imagine us all lined up in a row trying to do it - how funny!!! i was only thinking this morning about getting to my toenails too lol. hubby?!?!? think i shall be booking a few pamper days in over the next few months ha ha

I use Veet- you just rub it on leave it three minutes then get in the shower and wipe with the sponge provided and it works wonderfully, painfree and doesnt leave stubble and also stays away for longer... i dont think i could shave because i cant see any more but its easy because its just rubbing it on and i dont really need to look to do that.... sounds gross i know but its just like what you would do to apply soap and it saves me ages in shaving and i couldn't wax lol xx
