Just wondering how long you all waited for you fertility clinic to send off the application to your PCT and how long they took to agree to the funding?

We were told 2 weeks ago we needed ICSI and filled in the application, had the HIV and Hepatitis blood tests and I rang our PCT today just to checked if they had recieved the application and they hadn't  rang the hospital and they hadn't even sent it off yet and the stupid woman on the phone didn;t even tell me when they would be, gawd whats the delay would they just bloody email it over :(

i've been surprised how quick ours was.

12th Jan referral appointment
16th Jan did HIV/Hep B & C blood tests
20th Jan got a copy of referral letter
30th Jan appointment sent out from IVF Hospital
29th Feb IVF appointment

Although that's so quick I can see most places being less efficient...

I am hoping to be referred for IVF in April .... just praying its not a long wait!!!

I'm pretty sure mine was 10-12 weeks from being confirmed for ICSI and being referred to the clinic of my choice xx

Thanks ladies.
I'm just feeling really fustrated witht hem that they have had our application for 2 weeks and havent even emailed it over to our PCT yet (gawd only knows how long the PCT take to agree to the funding)
