Don't hate me, but those saying you don't want to be tempted. Yeah, it's really hard at the beginning sometimes, and if they're having a growth spurt and you're not producing enough at first, they have to feed! It's not a problem giving them a bottle once in a while to help you get your supply back up, as long is it's not every feed. For a few weeks Sophia had 1 bottle a day at the time of day she wanted lots of feeds and I couldn't keep up, eventually that was dropped and I went back to exclusively bf.
