Think it happened last night

At about 11.30pm I started to have mild cramps and bleeding increased. Went to bed and at 2am I woke with a mild contraction and urge to push....I ran to loo and passed a clot about the size of a plum. Been having cramps since

Just called A&E they said as long as I am not bleeding heavy and have no dizzy spells I can stay home...if it gets worst have to go straight to A&E......think it will be ok though...fingers crossed
