Think I am getting a cyst??

I have had cyst on my ovaries in the past (only one that I know of). This past month I know I ovulated (ovulation test said so anyway), but I haven't recieved AF. I am now 6 days late. During the BD last night I felt that familiar pain as the last time I had a cyst. What do I do? Should I just wait until I get AF?? I know my Dr. will only give me a shot of Progesterone to release the fluid, but that always messes my system up more. I have read that some people just wait patiently and the cyst goes aways after a couple of months or so. What should I do? Please, any advice will be greatly appreciated.
