They look mingin, but they're tasty as!

Thought I'd do something productive tonight rather than watch the Liverpool v Everton match so I made some butterfly cakes!

4oz self raising flour
4oz butter
4oz caster sugar
2 eggs (beaten)

Oh, and excuse the mingin tea towel, the flash shows lots of lovely marks

They don't look that great, although they do taste it - I kind of messed up the butterflies and ate 2 before I could take the picture, but thought I'd share regardless

It seems they are yummy as I came home and they had disappeared and instead I was left with an empty plate!

I realise now looking at the picture that I should have dug a wider hole, then the wings would have looked a bit better. Not that the boys minded
