I haven't done too bad today....although I don't think the gingerbread man was a good snack :blush:
Toast for brekkie, Chicken Pasta for lunch, A tub of fresh pineapple and my oops ^^
Just about to pop some carrot and coriander soup in the micro as I'll be chewing my arm off in 10 Min's. :lol:
 
i'm gonna base my diet on weight watchers again as i know i did well on that before. i have loads of recipe books still 2.
shall i open a new thread with weight watchers recipes and any other low fat recipes and tips we can share?????

I think this is a great idea :dance:

I've been rubbish on the eating front today, but did a four mile run earlier on :)

Well I was OK with food until I got to work and it went t!ts up ;-)
 
I haven't popped baby out yet but when I do I want to loose 14lbs by Christmas I will be well chuffed with that so pop me down and I can cheer you on till baby is out xx

you wont lose weight tho surely, youve got a baby growing inside you, your blood volume is going to double and with the placenta and amniotic fluid you wont be lighter at 38 weeks than you are now. Maybe try to get your 5 a day and a range of foods, avoid junk, so your baby gets good vitamins, but I dont reckon weigh ins is the way to go, cos you will gain weight, and that might demotivate you. Youre welcome to join in and share healthy recipes and motivation to avoid the junk food though!
 
I had a penguin bar yesterday evening :wall: but I dont feel so bad cos Im sure theyve shrunk since I was a kid!! had a healthy dinner with loadsa veg and sweet potato though.

Im noticing that Im fine until about 3pm, and thats when I just wanna scoff all the sugar. Gonna have to have a 2nd lunch at 3pm I reckon!
 
I'm so crap with dieting. I have no will power if the kids have treats in the house. So I'm gonna get loads of crackers and cottage cheese... that can be my treat.

As for exercise... I know it sounds lame but I get no time whatsoever.


I have got a ministry of sound dvd workout... might give it a go now x
 
I had a tiny snickers last night. You know the ones out of celebtrations? Probably still about 70 cals or something!!!!!
 
Saw someone making a fish chowder on come dine with me last night. Just looked up a recipe, its so easy and labeled "super healthy". Thats my tea sorted! I need to go to sainburys later anyway so will pick up the bits I need for it. I will have to have some bread with it though. No way can I eat soup without some nice crusty tiger bread (with butter?).
 
After a long 3 1/2 hour journey to uni and an essay to finish in the next hour Ive only had cereal, an apple and a weight watchers cake. I deserve a medal. What I would do for a mahoosive bar of chocolate right now. *sigh*

I had an awful day yesterday. I also just realised i ate 2 of everything :lol: this is my confession;
2 packets of crisps, 2 slices (wholemeal) toast, 2 ham rolls, 1 fab lolly. 2 crunch corner yoghurts, 2 penguin bars, 2 kiwi fruits. then bytea time i was too tired to cook, probably cos of all the crap i ateall day, so OH put a pizza in the oven :wall: anyone care to estimate how many calories i consumed?!!
 
Haha, bless you tiny. Everyones allowed a slip up! The fact you somehow managed to eat 2 of everything is very odd lol.

Im excited about the weigh in...but at the same time...if Ive managed to put on weight, oh my. Ive wanted to go for walks but the weathers been so poo. Grrr.
 
I need to eat more I think I have gone totally off my food my consumption yesterday was

1/2 bagel
500ml Ginger ale
1/4 glass water
2 Asian sweets
5 fries (all I could eat)
1/2 glass water with 2 paracetamol
1/2 mars bar lol

That was my whole day :wall: that's all I could force down

I have done a bit better today

2 Asian sweets
Very small amount of crunch nut cornflakes and skimmed milk nom!
2/5ths of a pineapple

And it's only 1pm so doing better just makes me feel sick when I eat ATM lol xx root me on to eat more I'm preggers!!! Lol

defo possible. when i did weight watchers i used 2 loose at the least 2lb a week. so if u work really hard u can do it in even less
 
I'm having toast or crumpets for brekkie (some days nothing)
I'm having soups for lunch with 2 brown rolls
Salad for dinner with either ham or a sausage roll

I drink a lot of coffee though!

Any tips?

I plan to detox for a week if all else fails.
