I was 76kg at 8 weeks. Have just braved the scales for the first time since then and was 78kg, I'll have to go and work out what that is in stones as I want to get to 10 1/2 stone...

Apparently it is 12.2 stone which i think is not right, will have to reweigh in morning ...

I have reweighed myself this morning and actually zero'd them :wall2: i was obviously that excited about the new scales!!

I weigh 11 stone bang on, so my aiming weight is 10 :)

my target weight is 9st 7. i'm 11 now so thats 21lb... I've no idea how long it takes to lose this much weight????lets say christmas..

this thread is a great idea!! I have moaned about my flab for so long but not had the motivtion to do anything about it!! thanks xx

Hope everyones doing well so far (even if it has only been a day!). Im off to get some weight watchers treats today for my packed lunch on my trip to london. I feel uni days are going to be my weakness so #im preparing early!
 
Good idea princess, I'll need to have a think! I think for starters my aim is to eat three meals a day and cut out the crap in between. After Ross was born I was lucky to get a proper meal until my OH came in after work so picked all day. I'm sure I'm not alone :)

thats exactly what I was doing too :wall: I gained half a stone in 3 weeks :faint: Now I make myself a salad in the evening while Im doing dinner and OH has Morgan. Then put it in the frigde to grab at lunchtime next day. Im on day 2 of this plan and its working well so far!

in the past 6 weeks Ive come to realise its all about the preparing early!! The joys of parenthood!!:)

Im amazed by how many people have joined in! I thought there are a few of us but there are loads. :) Ill update now
 
well all done! There are 12 of us! I dont feel so stupid calling it a club now!! :rofl:

So how are people going about this? exercise regimes, and yoga/pilates/gym bunnies? and joggers? And what do you do about diet? Im just trying to avoid the rubbish at the min, and reduce my intake of bread as before I was pregnant I hardly ate any carbs and now its like if theres no bread in the house I have no idea what to eat! Whatever you're doing...Good luck everyone!

Today Ive been very very good, mostly because Ive been so busy! I had a yoghurt and OJ for breakfast and then nothing until just now when Ive had a massive salad. With coleslaw and cous cous but hopefully that does make it too unhealthy! Gonna need a snack this afternoon, yesterday it all fell apart cos I felt hungry late afternoon/evening. Fortunately I was too tired to cook a proper dinner so we had monday nights leftovers and there wasnt too much there!
 
Right, I'm going to try and not have any carbs after 6pm. So hard as I love potatoes! Not buying any crap at supermarket! Running twice a week and doing a spin class twice too. God, the wieght should drop off me, So why doesnt it?

Had egg on toast for breakky. Got a beef stew in slow cooker for tea. Its got potatoes in it so will have to start the carb thing tommorow!

amy u weigh exact same as me and we have same target 2. last year i weighed 10st 6lb and went down to 9st 5lb i think that took me 4 months.
 
i'm gonna base my diet on weight watchers again as i know i did well on that before. i have loads of recipe books still 2.
shall i open a new thread with weight watchers recipes and any other low fat recipes and tips we can share?????

blimey thats impressive! im proud of myself if ive got myself AND morgan dressed by 5pm, maybe if i get a slow cooker....Im gonna ask father christmas for one (yes i still get a stocking!!)
 
Today Ive had cocopops for brekkie, an apple for snack, Jacket potato with beans and a teenie bit of cheese and just had a weight watchers mini cake :)

Havent been able to do my walk today as the weather is shocking but might go for a run later :)

Im just doing runs and walks and trying to eat better. Cant wait for weigh in day!!
 
Im excited for weigh in day too. Its amazing how exciting it gets when you do it with other people! Fo rmy snack this afternoon I had a fab lolly and a pack of crisps! :doh: but the rest of the day has been super healthy and Ive been more active than normal today, getting loadsa housework done and going shopping. It really sucks that I live on top of a really steep hill. Im just too scared to go for a walk cos I know I wont be able to push the pram back up!! suppose it would be a target for me!
 
gosh I really hope I will have lost some weight. Def gonna weigh myself first thing in the morning, possibly naked too! :rofl:
 
If I havent even lost 1lb Im going to be so mad lol. I might just go the loo then weigh myself again. See if that helps!

Definitly get a slow cooker! They are great! This morning I done it in 10 mins. Some stewing steak (dead cheap), lots of veg, beef stock and a bottle of Robs beer he doesnt really like. Siommer it for about 8 hours and its done! SOOOOOOO yummy too!!!

Its so good doing this with other people, really gives you motivation!!
 
I've got a cold and no appetite so this weeks sorted lol. When I'm better I'll be trying to eat less crap and start taking liv on walks x
