Oh this sounds like a great idea!! Overall I need to lose 50lbs, but by Christmas realistically I will aim for 14lbs. I had a huge problem shifting weight before I got pregnant because of a hormone imbalance and the pill. Any suggestions for alternative exercise? My knees, hips and feet are still awful with the ligament stretches from the pregnancy hormones. I'm going to start swimming with my mum again, any other suggestions (apart from sexercise, my oh is always suggesting that!!)
