blimey 30lbs by christmas?! you're gonna have to forget about wine for a while!! vodka and diet coke all the way :)
 
Ooh ive just seen this!! I'll be joining you as soon as little man arrives!! I'm not sure how much ill have to lose as i don't know how much ill weigh when i have him but im aiming for 2 stone as thats my pregnancy weight!

I'll be completely off the alcohol tiny! Cept at weekends! When I actually get into it I do lose weight quickly, I just struggle to get into it!
 
we'll see by monday. you'll do better than me. theres a multipack of fab lollies in the freezer! :lolly:

I'm going to kick it off when i get AF because i am too obsessed atm to not eat things that make me feel better :)
 
fair enough. i always eat when im stressed! I have a theory that people go to 2 extremes when stressed, either go off food or overeat. all of my friends who are naturally thin go off food when stressed. I blame our stressed out culture for societies obesity epidemic!
 
I go off food when Im stressed........why am I not natually thin!!!! :shock:

Fab lolly is fine. And oh my, if I had a pain au chocolat in my freezer....I dread to think how fast that'd be down my throat.

I'm having rice, veg and sausage for dinner, and Ive had an apple for my evening snack. Nom nom nom.
 
Oh this sounds like a great idea!! Overall I need to lose 50lbs, but by Christmas realistically I will aim for 14lbs. I had a huge problem shifting weight before I got pregnant because of a hormone imbalance and the pill. Any suggestions for alternative exercise? My knees, hips and feet are still awful with the ligament stretches from the pregnancy hormones. I'm going to start swimming with my mum again, any other suggestions (apart from sexercise, my oh is always suggesting that!!)
 
I'm in too, although I've failed at my attempts today :blush:
I had a lovely gammon steak, chips and peas for lunch (it was huge) but tbh my lil man ate really well at lunch so it was worth it!!

I have 20lb left to lose, I lost 1lb last week. I'd also like to (best plans and all that) lose it by christmas!
 
Good luck to all you girlies, I flit in and out of goodness/badness (with diet and life in general) so will be taking a keen interest in this thread :lol: Why don't you all put your recipe ideas on here too for sharing healthy eating tips? xx
 
Good idea princess, I'll need to have a think! I think for starters my aim is to eat three meals a day and cut out the crap in between. After Ross was born I was lucky to get a proper meal until my OH came in after work so picked all day. I'm sure I'm not alone :)
 
Megsmeadow :yay: I've been wondering where you were!! I'm eating a prawn stir fry now! Although it is meant to serve two :blush: it's well yummy!!
 
I'm back :) stir fry sounds nice, we've got quesadilla's on the go, loads of salad on the side :) Healthy-ish! Did you see my post about clicky hips? Any advice??
 
I really want to lose 2 stones - hope to do this slowly and at least by February. Im going to start exercising again so that might help, I think that cutting out dairy has kick started it too! :) Good luck everyone xxx
 
can i play please. i did weight watchers before i got pregnant and got 2 my goal weight of 9st 5lb i'd love 2 get back 2 that weight again. but this time i'm bigger 11stone!!! so hopefully like 2 loose 21lb by xmas we'll see.
was gonna go back weight watchers this week but cant really afford to so will try this out 1st x

I want to lose 2 stone ideally by christmas. i dont have a problem when im at work but when im at home all day I end up munching!!! :shakehead: I'm running and spinning again now but if I dont eat healthy its a waste of time!

So we are weighing in next monday! OOh, this is exciting!!! xxx
 
I'm so determined to do this! The weight must go! I bought some multibionta today as well cos I need the energy! Have been proper flagging the past few days!
