The Clomid Thread - 6 BFP's!

I caved last night and did FRER and BFN. I just don't think we managed it this cycle and am now wondering if DH's swimmers may be lacking? With such a high progesterone result and we DTD CD7,9,11,12,13,14,16 I was sure we'd catch that egg. My day 21 test was actually day 23 so that would put OV at CD16 latest I reckon. Oh well the silver lining to this cloud I guess is I won't have to cancel our trip to Florida next April because I'll be too fat to fly! Think I can even feel AF cramps as I type this

Jacq I wouldn't worry about hubbys swimmers if you already have a child. Sometimes it just doesn't work but it doesn't mean it never will! My progesterone level was over 700 on my last round of clomid and we still didn't catch I had a scan and saw at least 4 nice follicles too. We just need to soldier on and keep the faith that it'll happen soon xxx

Tested with a cheapie this morning and it looked pretty negative. Going to wait and see if I'm late before cracking open the big boys lol. No sign of AF though, last cycle I woke up bleeding.

On cd18 now finally managed to get at least 4 hours sleep last night so was able to take my temp its up to 36.39 highest yet. If its up tomorrow I'm gonna assume I ovulated on Tuesday when I got those pains, which will make me 2dpo......so we'll see.

I'm CD 27 today so somewhere between 11 and 15DPO I think. But like you I'm going to try and wait to see if I'm late x

Just done a frer and it was bfn
Going to assume im out...temp still rising tho so im confused...13dpo so surely frer wooda picked it up by now if i was pg!

Bella, hope you don't mind me saying but I still think ff has got your chart wrong and you're really 8-10dpo. Ive been able to manipulate the software before by adding in + opks, the crucial thing that shows ov is the temp shift.

Still no sign of AF so going to wait a bit longer before testing again. Starting to panic that the Clomid hasn't worked and I'm going to need to use the norethisterone. x

No its used to bring on AF if it doesn't turn up naturally. I'm hoping AF is a no show cos I'm pregnant but til I get a positive test, I don't know. X

Quick question ladies and this contains a little tmi so I apologise in advance.


As you know I think I ovulated on Wednesday morning. Me and my partner bd last night and I popped in a softcup as a 'just in case'. Well this morning when taking the softcup out I noticed a tiny amount of blood in the fluid/cm inside the cup. I'm not sore, the cups haven't irrated me either. So I'm wondering could it be from ovulation...it seems a bit of a long time to show since the pains on Wednesday??

Also double checked opks and definately neg, so I'm not ovulating late.

Any ideas...or is it another thing to mention to doc

I think the bottom one was an evap though, it didn't show up for a few minutes. No, I did the cheapie then the Superdrug test. I could defo see something on the Superdrug test but can't see it on the pic. x
