Negative ov test this morning, haven't BDed since cd15. Feeling a bit fed up but I think it's more because we're really busy at the mo and I've no time for anything let alone BDing. Fx we still catch the eggs! X

Hi ladies,

So im on my first cycle of clomid this month. Took my first tablet last night, decided to take them on a night along with my folic acid, took me long enough to remember to take these

I kinda laid there willing the little tablet to do its magic, stupid i know!

Gonna be using my monitor to track ovulation, hopefully it will go smoothly...ive read that the clomid my give me a few more high days than normal, i can live with that lol.

Oh while i'm here, last cycle i was taking 1000mg of EPO but one of the ladies on here(sorry i cant remember who you are!) said i shouldnt take it with the clomid as it may effect how the clomid works.

Is my only option to use either pre seed or conceive plus? I dont really like using them kinda makes bd'ing a bit impersonal....but obviously i'll use it if i have too!!

Is there any other way to increase EWCM?? x x x

I took evening primrose oil with my clomid on the cycle that I got my bfp! X

Well despite no positive opk my day 21 was 58 so definitely ovulated. The clinic said opks don't work for everyone. She will give me some more months of clomid and also put me down for hsg. Hubbies second sa showed count has gone down but she wouldn't tell me how much. He's got to go again in oct. ttc is such a long journey xx

58 - that's good! I went to give my blood on tuesday so hopefully will be back tomo or monday. I'm now 10dpo I think. That's going by last + opk and from temp rise so pretty sure ita accurate. Had no spotting yet, absolutely nothing, which is good for me. Nothing realy else to report. Wouldn't be surprised if af showed this weekend though

I've been trying to chill this cycle and 10dpo (from temps as no positive opk) and right on cue I can see spotting starting. I literally feel after 18 months and spotting 10 dpo it's never going to happen for me I feel like giving up as its so much heartache.

Sorry pity party over now.

CD12 and the odd mild cramp today. Come on eggs! But DH is like a bear with a sore head today as he started work at 5am then came home and started work on the bathroom sorting a water leak. Normally he'd sleep in the afternoon so I expect BDing is not going to happen tonight. We DTD last night though and will hopefully again tomorrow to cover ourselves. Going for odd days this cycle.

oh nooooooooo!!! i wont try and convince you its something else, when you spot before EVERY period, i know that you just know when it hasnt worked.

thanks for the luck, i might not have had any spotting yet but usually I can get to 12dpo or 12dpo when on 50mg clomid before it start so I'm not thinking we have caught this month unless I can get to 16 or 17dpo! chance would be a fine thing!

I'm cd17 today and yet another negative ov test, just done one and it was so faint I thought there was just one line. Slightly worried as I've usually had good lines by now and I've had nada.

Going to keep going with them though. X

Hey girls sorry not bin on today vut only just got in from.wedding...managed to bd tho...dedication to the cause...managed to poas at wedding....stil bloody negative tho...gotta hav bloods tomorro....actuslly as its nerly 2am its technically today.

Catch up with u all tomorro girls as im shattered now...wedding was 1.5 hrs away and back so been driving 3 hrs today

I have heard of a short luteal phase but has anyone heard of having a long one? It's just that I was CD 12 yesterday and think I had EWCM plus a few mild cramps. But that would mean I have a 17 day LP since Clomid seems to give me 29 day cycles. But then Clomid is supposed to induce ovulation 5-10 days after the last pill which would be CD 11-16 for me.

What is the average LP? And any other thoughts and comments welcome! x

I had a 17day LP this cycle. Usually only 13 days, not sure what went on this cycle! And that was without clomid! Lol x
