Dylan went through a illness thing like you..one night i had sickness and diahorrea and went to be sick came back D had been sick all voer himself..it was awful...hopefully you will all be on the mend now.

we are good thanks, Jam is a Tazmanian devil in child disguise lol, its his 2nd xmas but hes startin to take notice of whats goin on so Im excited for him!!!

I do like posting heaps of piccies lol!! ill have a browse and ill put some up that i have on my comp, think most recent might be october.. i promise ill only do a couple lol!

Ive got jaycee a few small bits (shes spoilt enough lol) my little ponies, a little mermaid doll, some beads to make necklaces (loves them) and some dressing up stuff oh and i lil pink skooter! ive got ellie the jumperoo thingy, the jungle one from argos if you know what i mean lol! Its like a door bouncer without the door lmao! Money has been tight recently so i cant overdo it as much as i would like to

Its great fun when they start getting into xmas, Jaycee is well convinced santa will make her presents dissapear if shes naughty (she found some ) She thinks santa lives in my mums loft lol she saw the statue go up there after last xmas and always remembered lol! When my step dad got him down to put outside she shouted up to him, ''come on santa, it time to get up!! i want my presents!!........Please!!''

glad u have found yourself a nice fella, the distance must be hard but I bet its fab seein him again!!

Yeah its great coz we have the space from each other and we miss each other like mad lol! So in that way the distance is good lol! makes the weekend special! The kids love him and vise versa, he said he thinks of them as his own and loves them like his own awwwww! and im BK the other day, Jaycee said 'I love you Rich!' to him so cute!! Ellie is so smitten with him too lol when hes around she always stares at him and squeals for his attention...he was the first person she held her arms out to-cute but im not happy about it, was supposed to be me!! lol!
All week Jaycee asks to see rich but she never even mentions C. She said something that got to me, it was the second time she met rich and she said 'mummy, is that your daddy?' i nearly cried.. i finally knew what she was going on about when she was calling peoples partners their daddy. To her a daddy is a boyfriend. How sad is that?? it hurt so much. Sounds silly but for her not to know what a dad is really bugs me. All i ever wanted for my kids was a proper family.
She called rich daddy too the other day, not sure what he thought of it lol! he knows what she means tho.

ooh ooh last one i promise!! Jaycee is dry at night now!!! She just got up to go to the loo, which reminded me lol! She's only had one accident...the other night she came into my bed at 1am after a bad dream..usually i dont let her sleep in my bed ( dont wanna make it a habit) but i was up til 15 mins previously with a screaming ellie and i was shattered lol, so at 5am i got...'mummy, my trousers are wet!' NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO she weed in my bed!! luckily its kingsize so it didnt affect my side lol i had enough dry room to just change her put her in her bed and get back in mine before ellie woke up lol!
Thought id share that...so proud of her!

I really am happy! I do get my downer days sometimes but rich keeps me high spirited and helps me out alot Yeah jaycee is well chuffed with him!

Awwwww, Jo!!!! Its sooooo good to see you on here!! You are sounding so much happier these days, I am really please that the move has gone wel and that you have met someone who is treating you well....exactly what you deserve!! I hope you & the girls have the happiest christmas you have ever had!!

Well, postie bought the last of the xmas pressies this morning, woop woop, all done now!!! Just need to wrap as I still haven't done that yet!!
We're going to go and take Libby to see Father Christmas today, not gonna go into town as I don't have a death wish (or an ounce of xmas shopper patience left!!), we're off to a garden centre instead....thanks MB who put that idea in my head....hoping it won't be as crowded as in town, so fingers crossed that there isn't a mahoosive wait!!

We went and picked up the toy bundle we won y'day too......chuffed!!! The toys are in great condition, only one needs a new battery, so I'm going to clean them this afternoon, and put them all in a big box and wrap that up (can't be doing with having to unwrap more than necessary when she doesn't understand).

Then we went and spent 3 hours in A&E as my idiot husband had a punching competition on one of those machines at the staff night out on Thurs, and although he won, I don't think it was worth it as he had a suspected broken hand (or at least a couple of knuckles) as once the punch bag moved out the way he hit the wall behind it at full force!! Nothing broken, just badly damaged, so well done Chris!!

Whats everyone else up to this weekend??? We're going to have a lazy day at home tomorrow I think, just finish cleaning & tidying ready for Christmas, and then on Monday we're off to Brum to see my sis (& family of course) as she turns 18!!

quick post then jaycee's mommy pics then bed as D didn't sleep last night for longer than an hour but shortest stint 20 mins ended up sleeping on nursery floor.have air bed blown up tonight incase of a repest performance but hoping to spen night under big fluffy winter duvet.

Hi girls,

Just a wee update from me before I go to bed - I should really be in bed already as we are getting up at 5am to go to Asda to do the food shop - we must be mad! I did it last year and it was lovely waltzing out at 7am all finished (apart from the butcher and the farm shop) and watching the hoardes just starting their shopping - its worth the tiredness! Ella is now waking earlier and will probably be awake around that time and I'm more used to it - I think it'll hit OH harder!

We are all set for Xmas I think - we have all the pressies wrapped and under the tree and tomorrow I'll be doing some more cleaning and tidying and then on Xmas Eve I think I'll do some beautifying (dye my hair, shave my hairy legs, do my bikini line, paint my toenails) so I feel good on Xmas day. I am really looking forward to Ella's 1st Christmas - I can't wait to see her in her pretty outfits (reindeer outfit for present opening, then beautiful red and cream dress for dinner - even though she just gets the boob!) and to find out what everyone has bought her. We also have 32 presents wrapped for her from us under the tree! A lot of them are from NCT/jumble sales and charity shops so although she's getting a lot, its all affordable - 15 of the presents are books as we're building up her library.

We went to see Santa today at the local garden centre (great minds again Emmy and mb!) and he was really quiet, no queue, so we got some pics. He had a real white beard too and was very Santa like. Not like the one at babies and toddlers this week who was pants as his beard fell off!

missac - So sorry about your friend. I'm thinking of you.

Cloud - I really really hope you get a better night's sleep tonight - you must be exhausted. That's brilliant news about the cup!

jayceesmumma - lovely to see you hun and to hear all your exciting news! Your girls are just lovely and I love your haircut!

maybebaby - Congratulations on Austin sleeping through! Make sure you post pics of the fishtank and him using his rocker too! I would love a fishtank but worry my cats would also love it too!

trixi - so glad you had a fun night out! Was it really strange sleeping without Millie nearby? Did you feel anxious? I'm so pleased you had fun and thought the image of you expressing in the club toilet was hilarious - I would never have thought about b/feeding woman and their needs when I used to go clubbing!

jennywren - Ella is on 25th centile and is fine so please don't worry about Oran's weight - I love small babies as they are little for longer (I know that's wrong). He is just beautiful in his Santa suit!

I hope all the poorly babies get better soon. E had her jabs last week, but was absolutely fine - apart from a meltdown in the HV office when she was doing them.

Emmy and I have been talking about doing a meet in the last week of Feb/early March in Derby again - would anyone else like to join us? We are thinking of one day midweek for lunch etc in Derby town centre - I can make it for about 1pm (earliest I can get there) and will be coming home about 6pm (only train I can get back). I am nervous about travelling for so long on my own with Ella but she's usually so good so I am hopeful she'll cope! I'm a bit worried about her not being in her usual bedtime routine and being cranky but I'll just have to hope for the best. The thing that worries me most is not being able to go to the loo on the train! I'll have to hold it in for 4 hours - anyway, that's a lot of boring info - let us know if anyone else would like to come? My birthday is in February and I'm going to ask for money or vouchers to spend at the shops in Derby!

Anyway - sorry I haven't updated on here for ages - not been feeling myself and have a wee bit of PND but fighting it and getting there slowly I think - I'm still reading and think about you all a lot.

Just want to wish you all a VERY Merry Christmas!!
We're off to celebrate my sisters 18th birthday today....not much you can do on xmas eve, but the family tradition is cinema and a meal, so we're off to see The Golden Compass, and then off to have food at my moms.
Won't be about till later in the week, so I reall hope that you all have an amazing few days, Happy 1st Christmas to all the babies, and see you on the other side!!

(P.S. Libby headbutted the TV unit y'day, so has a black eye - although the bruising has cleared up a bit today!! And no Jo, I still don't have my pics back from the framer - that'll be 4 months he's had them by the time Xmas is over....so no pressies for my mom & step-dad or MIL....had to go buy more, so makes it a little more expensive now I am soooooo peeved!!!!)

as u mayve seen in my thread i went out on friday and spent my first nite apart from milliepops! it went well. also iv successfully formula-fed her- she will take the avent bottles
but shes definately teething
spent all day today and most of yesterday screaming her head off- poor little thing! her cheeks and bum are red, shes dripping drool down her chin and stuffing her fists into her mouth and moaning she wont nap, is hardly eating and is just miserable bless! if i could take the pain for her, i would!

Hey girls,

Just wanted to wish all the babies, mummies and families of the 'Here I Am' thread a wonderful 1st Christmas! We are all set here (nearly) and I am really looking forward to tomorrow.

Ella is teething too trixi - its cr*p isn't it! She is really shouting and stuffing her hands into her mouth and chomping on them. The New Era tablets (thanks for the recommendation Emmy!) are working brilliantly for a wee while. She's also got her 1st cold and is miserable with it and has a really rattly chest so she's had Medised for the 1st time tonight too. Poor thing, just in time for Christmas!

Anyway - enough babbling - have a wonderful time everyone and I'm looking forward to seeing all the photos!
