Hey Ladies,

Thought it might be fun to share some weird and wonderful things that we have done in our lives ... I will start!!

Years ago I was Nicky Clark's PA .... only lasted a month as he was the meanest person ever, but I did get a free haircut

The freakiest thing I have ever done is see a dead body  .. my mums friend worked for an undertakers and when I was about 14 I asked if I could go to work with her one day, and there were 3 dead bodies, 2 old chaps and an old lady .... and I touched them!!!:shock::shock::shock::shock::shock:

Who's next .....

I like the thread i like any thread that takes my mind of ttc - even if it is only for a second!

Strangest thing i have ever done...... i am thinking well this really does not say much about me if i am having to think this hard! :)

I have had to sign the offical Secrets Act :x.

I guess one thing that sticks in my mind was being in contempt of Court and standing in front of a Judge hoping that he does not send me to the cells - i am a Solicitor and have to be in Court a lot but that was not a fun day!!

xx

One thing that sticks in my mind............ telling my recorder teacher at primary school that i was quitting - she yelled at me so i told her i was going to poke her eyes out! haha!!

Hey cool thread! Hope you don't mind me joining in - I have only been TTC since February but some days it feels like longer!
Not sure what to tell you about me now I've started this lol!

On a sad note, I lost my childhood sweetheart to bowel cancer on boxing day in 2008 - he was just 37. My whole world fell apart but 1 1/2 years later my mum talked me into joining Match.com and only one day after I joined I met Mark. We had a whirlwind romance and I have never looked back. I never believed in love at 1st sight before we met, but that's what happened with us - he mended my broken heart and although I will never forget my 1st love, he helped me to move on and i can honestly say I have never been happier. 6 months after we met Mark proposed to me and we got married 15 months after our 1st meeting :-) Now we are trying for a family together and looking forward to a long and happy life together. So it does have a happy ending.

What else can I tell you........ Oh yeah, my best friend is a well known TV auctioneer on Antiques road trip, Flog it & Bargain Hunt! I was 'best woman' at his wedding and he was my best man at mine last year!
We had an alternative Pagan wedding where we jumped a broom and a sword, we had a purple dragon wedding cake, hired a rock band for the evening do and my OH played a Metallica song on guitar for me and sang to me in front of everyone. It was an amazing day :-)

Ok, that's enough about me for now - anyone else? Xxx

Dont get me wrong - i was a good girl!! Just didnt like her. Oh and my french teacher in year 8 - we threw gummy bears at her! oops!

Lol, we were evil to our French teacher - to the point where she ended up having a nervous breakdown (not something I am proud about now). The whole class was put on report as we were so bad!

Great story thank you for sharing!

I love the wedding sounds good and very different!

It was the chemistry teacher who we gave a nervous breakdown! she refused to teach us in the end haha!

Oh, some other things I have done are - put a slug in my dad's girlfriend's bed as I didn't like her! and when I was very little I poured all my mums perfumes into a big barrel of home made beer my dad was brewing, then topped her perfume bottles up with nasal spray so she wouldn't notice. I think the smell gave it away, oh and the perfume label floating on top of the beer lol ;-) I was not popular!!!

Lol, our poor teachers!

Yeah KMG we definately had an alternative wedding :-) xx

Ah i have remembered one thing when i was younger with my little brother we jumped on top of my dad's car to see how high a teddy bear would jump - talk about not popular

xx

I have taught marlon dingles (emmerdale) daughter to swim. All 3 of Danny Mills (Former leeds united player) kids to swim, had an argument with laurel out of emmerdale!! haha!

I'm still thinking of more things!! xxx

Haha good thread!

In nursery i remember i did a wee on a beanbag and another girl got the blame :smug:

I also found a dead bird, a baby bald one, and took it home to my mum, we buried it but i dug it back up and took it to school in my pocket?? I was making it talk  i was a total tomboy though...it would totally freak me out now

Lol Lynette - I took a dead mole into school with me to show everyone as I thought it was fascinating, strangely nobody else was impressed! I then kept it in my desk for about a week

Oh I like this thread, made me laugh reading some of these....um something about me

I have been on tv, programme called friends like these a while back now (we won) my drama teacher was Melanie from neighbours and I once ran into madonna (I was very drunk)

Freaky thing... Quite a bit but most recent was jump out of a plane. All part of a friends 30th birthday, one hell of an experience
