When I rang that number they told me to re-dial to get the correct department - its the same number but instead of a 2 on the end it was a 7.

You know what's annoying? If you google "sure start maternity grant helpline" or anything like that there is NO contact number listed anywhere.... you'd think they'd be more helpful than that wouldn't you?

 

If not look up Milton Keynes Jobcentre on www.jobcentreplus.com and ring them, they know all the numbers and can put you through

does every one get the grant? i work does that mean i wont get it?

Do you get children's tax credit?

i get child tax credits and working tax credits.

if you get more than £548 in the child tax credit then you are entitled to the grant.

i sent the form on a thursday and the money was sent to my account on the next day and it cleared the following wednesday.
