Huge bump for this thread. Thought we need some new 2ww chatter among the girls. I've just started my first proper 2ww so need some company. I had my two peak fertility days last Friday and Saturday and we managed 3 bds over that period (which is two more than last month - lol). Had a horrible week last week as hubby had a very minor stroke on Thursday, which hasn't affected him physically but been a huge shock as he's extremely healthy. Fortunately the doc said that he should carry on as normal with things like exercise (and sex) and of course this all coincided with my peak fertility time. But my lovely husband was adamant we shouldn't miss this month as time isn't on my side. He insisted we give it a go - as long as I did all the work - which I was happy to oblige. He's such a sweetie! Anyway he' s having proper tests at the hospital tomorrow so we should find out a bit more. Very worrying, though. Sorry about the long post. Anyway I think I'm 3dpo and counting those days again. Anyone else out there in the 2ww? xx

Hi - I keep feeling odd twinges but I'm putting that down to eating too much today :D

Wow, hope your OH is feeling better soon.

My uncle used to have mini strokes because of a medical condition, he just used to phone the doctor on a morning and say 'I've had another one, can you add it to my records'. Do they know what caused it?

Hi, Kizzi - not yet. We're going to the stroke clinic this afternoon so hopefully might have a better idea by then. He wouldn't have minded if he was 20st, drank, smoke and did no exercise, but he does none of those. It may have a genetic element to it as his dad had one, but hopefully they'll shed some light this arvo. Anyway, 4dpo and counting!
