taken a test but still no luck

hey there, i posted a message up yesterday bout my fiance and i trying. well i took a test and it came out neg. so im disappointed but i've got a feeling that i really could be pregnant. im not due my period for another 8 days. should i wait and see if i miss it or should i try again in a couple of days?

Hello

Even the most sensitive test (I think it's called First Response) can only pick up the pregnancy hormone 3 days before your period is due. All the others should be used the day your period is due so wait another week or so.
I didn't get a positive until 3 days after my period was due. I know it's a long, long wait but it's really not worth testing for a bit longer.
Let us know what happens.

The waiting is hard. I kept trying to recalculate my dates to make AF sooner Almost fooled myself but not quite.
