I had lots of period pains with tightenings this morning after the sweep but those have died off this afternoon so am currently bouncing on my ball hoping to bring them back!! Lost a tiny bit of plug as well but think thats more to do with mw rummaging than anything else lol!

Have you had any more signs Kelly?
