Sweaty newborn

My babys 8 days old and for the past couple of days she's been waking up with a sweaty forehead. The house is average temp and she's just wearing a vest and wrapped in a cellular blanket. Is this anything to worry about? I'm so worried about every wee thing she does just now, I keep Google'ing stuff which makes me even more worried. Ahh thanks for any help xx

My little girl was a real hot bod, always felt warm to me, more than a couple of layers and she used to sweat. I was forever checking her temp, she was always on the warmer side of 'normal' but was fine. Keep an eye on it though but it's a sign her body is working properly to cool itself, she probably adjusting to regulating her own temp xxx
