am i just worrying or is he ill?

My son the past 2 days has been very sleepy. waking up at 8am, going back to sleep for 2 hours a few hours later and then sleeping again in the afternoon for an hour and still going to bed at half 7 and sleeping all night.
then today i noticed his hands are cold but really sweaty and clamy?
he just seems very clingy and wants cuddles all the time, not very grizzly jst wanting cuddles alot.
is there anything to be worried about?

He might be getting a cold! Lace used to sleep loads when she was ill. Make sure he's drinking loads!
