I'm sorry sweetie I dont know, I can only think its cervical mucas mixed with blood, but I dont know what it means (((HUGS))) xxx

What causes it?

Harmless changes in the neck of the womb can cause the mucus lining there to break away and bleed a little. The blood is usually light and mixed with normal mucus discharge.
Some women experience monthly bleeding throughout their pregnancy, as long as your GP checks the baby is unaffected this should cause no problem.

Implanting egg. You may have a light bleed around the time you miss your first period, probably caused by the egg implanting in the lining of your womb. It will be light and last little more than a day.

Cervical infection. You can experience this when you’re not pregnant as well, it will need to be investigated with a swab and internal exam.

Sex can irritate the cervix and cause the lining to bleed a little. This kind of bleeding will usually happen after intercourse and stop fairly quickly.

Mucus Plug. Before you go into labour you will lose the mucus plug which has been in your cervix up till now. It is referred to as a bloody ‘show’ and can be alarming if you don’t expect it. You can lose your plug even if you are not yet due, which may be a sign of early labour.
Placental abruption. A condition where your placenta partially comes away from the lining of your womb.

Placenta praevia. A condition where your placenta lies low in your womb, over or near to your cervix. You may need a cesarean delivery if this is the case.

Ectopic pregnancy. This occurs when your egg has implanted outside the womb, usually in a fallopian tube. You may have light bleeding, but severe abdominal pain. This is a medical emergency and needs immediate attention.

Miscarriage. A show of blood can also be a sign of miscarriage, but this is much less likely after the third month of pregnancy.
