I had an ectopic pregnancy in January. I was devastated and I decided to ttc straight away after it. My problem is that I had a 47 day cycle after the initial bleed and now I'm on CD 57 with no sign of AF but also BFN. When AF does show this will only be my 2nd proper period after the ectopic, but it's been over 3 months so surely my body should be back to normal by now?
It's so frustrating, I really want to be trying for a baby but how can I when I have no idea when I'm ov'ing or when AF is due I had regular 28 day cycles before.

Has anyone else got any experience of this?

Sorry for your loss. My experience was almost the opposite of yours. I experienced a ruptured ectopic February 17 of this year, having irregular cycles prior. Since surgery my cycles have gotten regular. I had bleeding for 5 days postop and then 4 weeks to the day after the initial bleed stopped AF arrived.

Are you monitoring your CM or using OPKs? Those are both good ways to monitor and get an idea of when you are close to ovulation.
