SPD?

For the past few days, I've experienced a pain inside my left bum cheek, feels like a dull stabbing pain where the leg bone joins the pelvis, and it prevents me from sitting or standing comfortably. It feels like a trapped nerve, but I read that this is often confused with pelvic girdle pain or SPD. Is there anyone with diagnosed SPD that has the same symptom?

Well, all my spd pains are more like between my legs and lower abdominal. Seem you have something different...
See how you go, if pain gets worse or you can feel it all the time get a refferal to physio from your GP or MW.
