    awww just caught tail end of this on the news was hoping it was going to happen in time for me :( am gutted now its not going to happen till 2007

    I just spotted that news on Yahoo and was getting all excited to find it won't happen until 2007. Why on earth does it take that long to implement anything, ridiculous if you ask me. I so wanted to have more (paid) time off!!
