That is why there are a number of ways you can get in touch, all you have to do is choose the one you think is best!
You can either call our Sainsbury's Careline, and talk to one of my friendly colleagues who are experts in Customer Service on 0800 636262 and discuss the problem.
Or you can write to Sainsbury's HQ, if it is a product issue
