Sling positioning help..

So i wanted a moby wrap, but cant find them over here and no one ships to oman! But i managed to get a hold of a serena and lilly market sling..

Only thing is i cant seem to position her right so that she isnt all bunched up! Does anyone have tthis sling or a similar one who can help?
