Started yesterday. I'm not going to class cause I'm too much of a tight arse to pay someone just to weigh me when I ahve a pair of perfrctly good scales at home

I bought an E-Book off Ebay for £1.50 of the plan and bought the Food Directory off Slimming World for £6.95.

Here goes then

First weigh in on 28th Aug - 11st 10lb
BMI - 33.1

Want to get down to about 8st so it's going to take a while.

Are you still up for it libs on the 6th Sept?
