shane banged his head this morning and since then his heads been killing him..
he said it feels like someones pushing both sides of his head in... and his nose and ears have been bleeding...
and he said he keeps shaking..
should he be worried?

I'd get to A&E and get checked out to be honest, u can never tell with a bang on the head. Could have concussion or something? Hope he's feeling better soon

Yeah definatly if his ears are bleeding! I'd get him straight in.

I think the sign that his nose and ears are bleeding say that he should be going to A&E

bleeding ears and nose with shaking after a head injury is not a good sign id get him to A&E asap just to be on the safe side....how did he do it ? sounds like he hit it very very hard ?

ive told him to go, and hes text back saying hes gonna lie down for a bit and if it doesnt get any better he's going to go a&e

Nooo if it's concussion then he can't sleep, I'd agree with the others go straight to casualty!!!!

hes not going to sleep.. just having a lie down.. he said it feels like his head is full of pressure and hes seeing if laying down will relieve it.
he will end up going, ive no worry about that... its just he's at his house and im at mine so im not with him

hun im no medical expert but have recently re done first aid and if he has a head injury with bleeding from ears/nose then dont let him lie down or sleep....MAKE him go to A&E asap

dont let him sleep until he has been checked incase he has a head injury

he said the bleedings stopped (think it was only a little bit)
he seems "with it" if u get me. he's promised me that if he gets anymore pain/bleeding then he'll go.
im sure he'll be fine but ill keep updating and let u know how he is.

Ooo he's a silly boy, head injuries can be very serious & he could be bleeding internally and not even know it... dont wanna scare u but think he needs to go.

I agree-he MUST go and be checked out...I hate hozzies and it might be nothing, but he should go and get it checked out asap...

Can you ring the NHS helpline, give them his symptoms and I bet they tell you to get him in to be checked..............................

i agree with rubys mumy - if he wont go then u should may be ring NHS dirct on his behalf tell them what u have told us bout the bleeding and feeling of pressure and they will soon say if he needs to be seen or not.
