Should be 9 weeks but scanned only 3

Hi there,
My last period was 30th September and I took a pregnancy test on 31st October which said 1-2 weeks.
I‘ve been for an early scan and I should be in week 9 but it was only measuring 3mm with no heartbeat.
I took another test and it said pregnant 2-3 weeks. Is there change that I mc with no symptoms and got pregnant again or is this pretty certain of a mc early on that still hasn’t come out 6 weeks later? I still have nausea but obviously the dates don’t add up so I’m so confused.

I've had this, should have been 8 weeks was measuring 4, BUT had a HB so they sent me away, then I went again the following week and unfortunately there was no HB. Don't want to scare you just telling you what happened with mine.
