You'll be fine, just chat alot, order some fizzy water with your meal (or plain water) and sip alot between mouthfulls. Also order something you know will be a small portion, for example a pasta dish is always filling whereas a fish dish is usually quite small :)

I'm going out for a meal tonight and the table isn't booked till 7:30 so don't know how I'm going to last that long on just one bowl of my mid morning special k? Might have to have a banana and a handfull of grapes about 5:30 so I don't get a migraine :roll:

Anyway, you'll be fine :hug:
 
Keep going, hun! You're doing really well! You've made me want to get on my Wii Fit now and start my diet back up :D

Fab advice, Lou! Fizzy water really fills you up..I had some when we were at Wagamammas the other day and I couldn't finish my meal because I was too full up of fizzy water :D

Physically: Feeling alot lighter!
Mentally: Feeling motivated!
Weight at start:13stone .5lbs
Today's Weight 12stone 10.5
Loss this week: 2lbs
Total Loss- 4lbs
1st Goal Weight - 12stone
2nd Goal Weight - 11stone
3rd/Final Goal Weight- 10stone

Thoughts: Two restaurant meals, alchohol and i STILL lost weight :) :cheer:

Comments: Yah! :cheer: Im happy to report that this week I lost 2lbs! i really chffed and thought I might lose less and must admit during the week I thought this isnt going to work but kept going, it IS shocking to be able to eat wat I want whilst following the rules but still lose weight. I've noticed I've not been that bothered about having desserts so i know I have cut down on alot of sugar etc from that, I didnt worry about a bday cake either but I DID eat what I wanted on Saturday and it was very odd stopping when I was full but Im glad I did because when I went to the bar afterwards I didn't feel like going home straight away because I didn't have the usual bloat!

Unfortunatly I still have my stupid cough which is annoying but thinking about writing myself a program as this week when I walked to the local shop to say I was unfit is an understatement I felt so out of breath when I got home and its been awhile since my fitness has felt like that, so will be taking a fitness test at some point this week to see where im at (You just do certain excercises and see how many you can do in a minute) I have a good feeling I can barely push out a man push up anymore but I have to restart somewhere!!

I have learnt a trick, and thats when I sigh during my meal apparently it meals im full so been trying that. Funnily enough I haven;t had any cravings which is VERY odd for me I am eating what I want still but also eating healthier... I haven't had touse any of of techniques yet and I find my eating routine is pretty easy around Hayden.

Watch this space!

Im adding my motivation pic back up too to help me when I need it :) which can be seen in the very forst post if you fancy a butchers!

I noticed your total loss is at 4 Ib and thought there were 14 pounds in a stone? therefore haven't you lost 8.5 Ib? (based on 13st 5Ib down to 12st 10.5) or is it just me getting mixed up?

I have been doing weightwatchers and I have lost 4lb so far.

My goal is being able to fit into the bridesmaid dress that I will be wearing at the end of May :pray: I am quite pleased with my progress so far. After that I am aiming to get back to my pre Pregnancy weight, but I have done it before and I am sure I can do it again. Its just getting yourself back into the right mindset.

Please keep us updated with your progress :hug:
