You'll be fine, just chat alot, order some fizzy water with your meal (or plain water) and sip alot between mouthfulls. Also order something you know will be a small portion, for example a pasta dish is always filling whereas a fish dish is usually quite small
I'm going out for a meal tonight and the table isn't booked till 7:30 so don't know how I'm going to last that long on just one bowl of my mid morning special k? Might have to have a banana and a handfull of grapes about 5:30 so I don't get a migraine
