hi girls, at 2am this morning i woke up with really bad pains in my ribs and pain across my back too, i was in so much pain i was finding it hard to breath my OH decided to take me to A&E to get checked out as i was diagnosed with pre-eclampsia in pregnancy and still suspect now post delivery!

Got to hospital and after 4hr wait they finally said thye suspected gall stones. :wall2:

To prevent anymore attacks and to stop them developing i was told to try and cut out all high fatty foods!
I have decided this is going to be my extra reason to lose my preg weight + more

SOOOOOOO........... i have decided to keep a written note of everything i eat!
I have been told to avoid:
-mushrooms, egg, full fat milk, cheese, white bread, mayo, citrus fruits, cabbage,fizzy drinks, pork, beef, ice cream, tea, coffee, chocolate, cakes, butter,
 
u cud try slimming world or weight watchers?? might be easier to actually follow a diet... ?? xx

Cheese....oops! and pickle wrap
small cupcake (SIL made it so had to be nice and try it! )

29th April
woke up late and so ended up skipping breakfast as OH took bubba out and let me sleep in

keeping track of my eating habbits is really helping to see how much im eating and drinkign so that i can see if there is something in getting too much of and also i can use it to see if i can find out things that trigger my attacks.
 
5th may

all day breakfast
chocolate fudge cake with ice cream (MA finally came through with £700 backdated so went out for dinner and indulged ourselves... oops)
