what shampoo does everyone use?
i use whatever id on offer when i need one.
the bottle i am using at the mo is Dove 2 in 1 and im impressed.
i have used Treseme(sp?) last time and i didn't much care for it.

is it true you should change your shampoo every now and then coz your hair gets used to the one you're using and it is detrimental to it. or is this an uran myth ( ) LIBS

I use Brilliant Brunette by John Frieda and i've been using it for 4 years now. Not sure if it's a myth or not

timotei is awesome. i tend to get the blonde/brown ones depending on what im feeling like at the time, cos it works quite well.

i tend to get volume conditioners, not because my hair is flat or anything but just cos i like it better when its big

I have used pretty much anything on offer really but at the moment I love Sunsilk Brunette (they do one for blondes and red heads aswell) as it's cheap, smells lovely and makes my hair really nice and shiny. I think it is true about changing your shampoo every now and then.

I dye my hair black so i use a colour shampoo...But i only wash my hair twice a week

I hate washing my hair as i have to straighten it afterwards and i have to wrestle with Keeley for the mirror as she loves lookin at the "baby" in the mirror
