I only wash my hair every 4th day maybe 5th, I just cant be botherd I havent got the time.

I just tie my hair up all the time, when I go out it gets a special wash

Well i have just had 4 inches off cos it was so long and getting on my nerves. i think its about your length now.
Doesn't it fook you off in the heat D ? mine does. But hubby won't let me chop it off. he loves it

is it true you should change your shampoo every now and then coz your hair gets used to the one you're using and it is detrimental to it. or is this an uran myth ( ) LIBS

Found this:

Myth: Shampoo brand has to be changed regularly to prevent your hair getting used to a particular shampoo.

Fact: This is a common myth and this is a reason good enough for us to try out new brands flooding the market. Hair does not get used to a shampoo.

A built-up is possible if you use too many styling products or a shampoo that contains a conditioner as well. Use shampoo according to the quality of your hair and use a conditioner separately.

Shampoo is an Indian word so it's kind of appropriate lol. I use stuff from Lush and I've got some tea tree original source stuff which is lovely.

I spend loads on hair stuff and junk lol, I get my shampoo from salons its TIGI Bedhead range, I really like their moisture maniac one. About £8 a bottle

Expensive but worth it!
