i was 2 knackered at end of pregnancy 2 do anythin so when baby did come was ready after a week as i stopped bleedin on day 6! but oh wanted to wait so it was nearly 3 weeks before we done it. and was roughly 2-3 weeks with my 1st aswell. everyones different depends on type of birth and how u cope with baby 2 i think xxx

I waited 2-3 weeks, and I was fine.. I didn't a tear or cut or graze or anything though.. You are still healing Give yourself time to get used to your "bits" again TMI here but toward the end of my pregnancy my bits got a bit swollen.. They were def bigger then usual.. My bits looked BETTER just after I had had Odhrán But I paid for it through my boobs! I was lucky downstairs but not so lucky in the boob department! xxx

My friend had her baby had sex after 2-3 weeks then fell pregnant straight away whoops

Me and OH had sex a week after i had DD. I was still bleeding and it wasnt a very nice experience but it was my idea as i just wanted to feel close to him again. I was told that i couldnt go on the depo injection until i stopped bleeding so opted for the mini pill. But i was going away for a weekend and decided to just have the injection. Was the worst decision i made as i then bleed constantly for another 3 months. I went to the Gp and they told me i had a hormone inbalance and was put on the pill and the injection. I took another 2 months for the bleeding to stop.

So my advice is, don't rush and listen to your GP and midwife because they know better about this kind of thing. If you do want to hav sex before you get your injection then i would recommend the mini pill or just using condoms. You will know when you are ready though xx

This may be TMI but i hate using condoms and i cant swallow the pill which is why im getting hubby to wait so that i wont end up pregnant again although i can tell hes getting frustrated although ive got another 2
weeks until i can go on the injection guna be frustrating for me soon haha hubby guna have snip in few weeks so ill be the one left.

lol! tell your hubby to be patient! if he pushed out an ickle human i'm sure he'd be a bit tender too! i didnt have any stiches or tears and i'm still no ready! hehe xxx

You can always help each other out without penetration, if you're not ready for full blown sex?
