Nope, it'll not affect the pregnancy unless it's close to the cervix which is the same for posterior placentas too. You'll probably not feel as much movement with this baby so do pay extra attention to baby's pattern and go in for reduced or increased movements - don't put it down to the anterior placenta. Better to be safe than sorry
