Well at least thats what i was hoping. :rotfl: I finally plucked up the courage to get on the scales for the first time after i gave birth and oh my god what a shock. I'm 10 stone usually 8. I can't believe it. never realised how vain i am :rotfl: any suggestions in losing weight quickly. Also want to do my Davina work out (which is the best). Does anyone know when you can exercise after a C section? :D
 
I had a c section 12 weeks ago and Ive only just started running and cycling and stuff now. Thats only cos I was too lazy before though, I think its usually safe to do moderate exercise after your 6 week check.

Im still scared to do sit ups :?
