safe to use?

is Deep Heat ok to use while pregnant.. woke up with a really stiff neck this morning... its killing me..
Also - what constipation remedies are safe to use?

im not sure about deep heat... does it not say on the packet?

best natural remedie for constipation is lots of water (boring i know) and lots of fiber fruit... especially oranges.
eat a few oranges and ull be sorry!! haha!

get soem weetabix or shredded wheat down you.. some dried prunes and figs and youl be going in an hour or two..

Im not pregnant (well dont think so, long story!) but had a really bad reaction to a deep heat spray despite using the same kind of spray but different brand before, the back ache was far preferable to the swollen face, burning skin and full body rash so maybe best to avoid and used a heat pad or one of those bean bag type things you heat in microwave instead!

NO NO NO!!! Do not use deep heat while pregnant, can sometimes cause the baby to have a reaction to it!

hi hun, try prunes they only takea few hours work and they do wonders. not sure about stiff neck try a nice bath or maybe can sum1 give u a massage.
