Deep heat

I just put deep heat on my neck because it was stiff and sore and just realised I have no idea whether it's safe or not to use during pregnancy!!!!

Help?! Have I done something stupid?

Does it say not to use during pregnancy on the packaging? i'm sure this once wont hurt any way.
Just remember to the check labels in future (says she who never reads labels/instructions )

I've literally just found the leaflet that came with it, it says to consult a doctor

Well at least its not a definate "do not use", Ive just googled it for you but there seems to be mixed opinions on whether or not it should be used during pregnancy , Perhaps just try a hot waterbottle or non medicated heat pad next time.
If you are realy worried give your docs a ring and ask to speak with a nurse or you could ring nhs direct they could probably give you an answer.
