had an emergency section last time so was quite traumatic, having a planned one this time on 19th june as my pelvis is too small.. im looking forward to it now, urs sounds perfect! people can be really negative about it but it can be an enjoyable experience too as u have proved.. xx

I've only just read your post after having seen a link to it through another post. It was amazing and reminded me so much of my c-section, the nerves in the build up and so on. The photo's are also amazing really clear and so interesting to see having had a section myself. it sounded like the whole experience was really positive (bar the cock up with delays!).

I've never seen such graphic pics of a c/section (never saw anything of mine with my first daughter as they wouldn't let us look and I think I was too out of it by then anyway). I'll never forget the sounds though, or the 'pulling' sensation!!
