Reduced Movement or not

Its tough one ladies. ....feel like I have 10 wks of worry ahead. In Bath and think I have Braxton hicks really odd feeling. ..and think moo although not kicking much keeps moving to different side of tummy xx

I panic at least once a day that I've not had much movement! Usually after an hr of sitting quietly I conclude yes there's plenty of movement and stop worrying for the next hour!!

I have days when bump is so active that if the following day is less I descend into panic. Once I've had one panic episode I tend to be like it for the rest of the day.

I think it is normal to worry about it, it is only because we care, I'm sure all our babies will be just fine and it won't be long before they start making an appearance
