What a complete cow; I can't stand people like this. Reading your thread reminded me of super nanny - these people ask for help and then throw it in your face!!

I would ask her why she can enrolled onto the class; wait for the answer and depending on what she gives you give her a warning before asking her to leave. That way you are more than reasonable and remaining professional! Good luck hon, let us know the outcome but don't stand for it. You don't need the stress.

We actually stopped taking our dog to group classes because of people like that ruling the roost and undermining/arguing with the trainer. We found a different trainer and have private classes now. I would boot her out before she puts your other clients off going. Aside from the fact her behaviour towards you was totally inappropriate, people go to the classes to have fun and learn, not to come home annoyed and pissed off!

It was just the fact that she brought my baby into it! WTF has bean or my parenting skills got to do with it? I can deal with her being argumentative and questioning things she disagrees with that's not a problem, but seriously, don't bring my baby into it, it's quite unnecessary to stoop that low!
